Our state-of-the-art Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) machine is the first of its kind in Canada. Its open design allows people to sit, stand, bend or lay down so images can be taken in the position that causes pain.
An upright MRI scan starts at $1195/body part.

Red spectrum light gets absorbed by mitochondria in your cells and supercharges them in a process known as photobiomodulation. The increased energy in your cells trickles down into your organs, tissue, and every other part of your body, decreasing inflammation and speeding up the process of wound healing.

At the Welcome Back Centre we specialize in providing treatment at the source of pain to provide long term relief. Our main tool for identifying the source of pain is diagnostic blocks. Local anesthetic is injected to freeze specific nerves carrying pain signals to the brain. By selectively numbing areas of the back, we can determine which structure(s) is causing the patient’s pain.
From there we can perform a number of treatments to provide long term pain relief, including facet, epidural and sacroiliac blocks; epidural injections, and PRP. In some cases a rhizotomy will provide better long term relief. Therapeutic injections such as these can provide pain relief for months, or years. Sometimes the pain never returns at all.
This procedure selectively destroys nerves that carry pain signals from irritated joints to provide long-term relief of pain.
Arm and leg pain (Sciatica) is due to nerve root irritation. Injecting local anesthetic can determine which root is the source of the pain.
The goal is to identify the source of back or neck pain by freezing the nerves to particular joints.
Injection of cortisone into the spinal canal to relieve pain caused by spinal stenosis or disc herniations.
A sacroiliac (SI) joint injection, also called a sacroiliac joint block. Local anesthetic is injected into the joint. If it relieves the pain it confirms that it is the source of the pain.
This is the injection or sugar solution or PRP into ligaments to induce healing.
